- One time $10 Arena fee per contestant for weekend
- Saturday Youth runs first with the option to carry over to open or run again if entering the Open
- Time Onlys Friday 4:30-6:30 Run @ 7:00 PM
- Saturday 8:30 - 10:30, Run @ 11:00 (youth runs first)
- Camping and Stalls available, $25 per night
- No parking on grass
- There will be NO concessions this weekend
- Due to state and county mandates, masks required for everyone unless you are on horseback!!!
- To get in the first draw, must pre-enter via fastenter by 7:00 PM Wednesday January 13th. Second draw will be done 45 minutes prior to the start of the race on Friday night and Saturday. Entries close one hour after race starts.
- IMPORTANT - IF YOU PRE-ENTER ANY SVF BARREL RACE AND DO NOT SHOW UP, UNLESS YOU PROVIDE A VET OUR OR DR RELEASE PRIOR TO START OF RACE, YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ENTRY FEE'S AS THEY HAVE BEEN INCLUDED IN PAYOUT. YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO COMPETE AT ANY OTHER SVF EVENT UNTIL YOUR OUTSTANDING FEE'S HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL!
